Who we are

KinAct AI is a trading name for a business currently operating ahead of formal company registration. For the purposes of this policy, references to "KinAct AI", "we", "us", and "our" mean the person or business behind this website. You can reach us at hello@kinact.ai for any question about your data.

What information we collect

This website collects information you choose to give us through the contact form or assistant follow-up form: your name, business name if provided, email address, and a description of the workflow or process you are asking about. If you use the AI assistant, the messages you send are processed so the assistant can respond. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate visit counts for this site (see "Cookies and third-party services" below). It does not track you individually, build a profile of your browsing behaviour, or use cookies or tracking pixels.

How the contact form works

The contact form on this site submits your message via Netlify's form-handling service, which forwards it to us at hello@kinact.ai. Netlify stores the submission as part of providing that service on our behalf. We do not use it for anything beyond responding to your enquiry, and it is handled under the same care as the rest of our correspondence.

How the AI assistant works

The AI assistant sends your chat messages to a Netlify serverless function, which uses Google's Gemini API to generate a response based on the assistant knowledge base and the current conversation. Do not include sensitive personal, financial, legal, or confidential business information in the chat. If you want the team to follow up, use the follow-up form or email hello@kinact.ai.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible pilot, and follow up on that conversation. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set cookies. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to see aggregate visit counts — it does not track you individually or across other sites. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics page for details. Contact and assistant follow-up form submissions are processed by Netlify's form-handling service (see "How the contact form works" above). AI assistant messages are processed by Netlify and Google's Gemini API so the assistant can respond. Page text is displayed using Google Fonts, which are loaded from Google's servers. As a result, your browser sends a standard web request, including your IP address, to Google when a page loads. This is a normal part of how web fonts are delivered and is not used by us for tracking. See Google's privacy policy for details of how Google handles that request. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting work together. If you ask us to delete your information and there is no ongoing legal or contractual reason to keep it, we will do so.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, data protection law gives you rights over your personal information, including the right to ask what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how we use it, object to certain uses, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@kinact.ai. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or business changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If changes are significant, we will make that clear on this page.
