Who we are

Kinact AI is a trading name for a business currently operating ahead of formal company registration. For the purposes of this policy, references to "Kinact AI", "we", "us", and "our" mean the person or business behind this website. You can reach us at hello@kinact.co.uk for any question about your data.

What information we collect

This website collects information only when you choose to give it to us, through the contact form. That may include your name, business name, email address, and a description of the workflow or process you are asking about. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies, so we do not collect browsing behaviour, device fingerprints, or usage statistics.

How the contact form works

The contact form on this site opens your own email client and sends your message directly to hello@kinact.co.uk. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website or on any server we control. Once sent, the message sits in our inbox like any other email, and is handled under the same care as the rest of our correspondence.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible pilot, and follow up on that conversation. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics software. Page text is displayed using Google Fonts, which are loaded from Google's servers. As a result, your browser sends a standard web request, including your IP address, to Google when a page loads. This is a normal part of how web fonts are delivered and is not used by us for tracking. See Google's privacy policy for details of how Google handles that request.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting work together. If you ask us to delete your information and there is no ongoing legal or contractual reason to keep it, we will do so.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, data protection law gives you rights over your personal information, including the right to ask what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how we use it, object to certain uses, and ask for a copy in a portable format.
